Nestled in the heart of the Cité de l’Architecture in Paris
Girafe pays tribute to the elegance of yesteryear — with graceful gestures, precise and friendly service, and a celebration of seafood from our coasts. Imagined by Joseph Dirand in a 1930s spirit, Girafe offers a refined setting: cream-colored banquettes, a marble bar, tropical plants, original pilasters… a distinctive dining style, blending elegance, surprise, and a carefree air with a distinctly Parisian flair. Not to mention a stunning terrace in intimate dialogue with the Eiffel Tower.

A wave of tradition and modernity on the plate.
Girafe’s cuisine strikes a balance between simplicity and opulence, indulgence and urban sophistication. Like a Parisian seahouse, fish, shellfish, and crustaceans are prepared in all their forms: the classics — ultra-fresh seafood platters, raw ceviches and sashimis — as well as beautifully seared dishes (lobster, sole, turbot…), all depending on the day’s catch.
