The menu at Girafe Paris embodies the essence of marine cuisine. Simple starters or those inspired by world cuisine, langoustine ravioli with curry broth, gamberoni rosso and cod accras. Depending on the month of the year and what’s available, the dishes revolve around six of the great stars of the sea (lobster, red mullet, sole, turbot, sea bass, Atlantic tuna, sea bream, etc.), in a variety of styles: canaille, chic, classic, raw, cooked, exotic. The Girafe plate is a mirror of the place, a ripple between heritage cuisine and today’s cuisine, sole meunière or whiting colbert, whole fish according to arrival.
